Happy to hear about everything that's going on with you. You were one of my first bloggers introduced to me and you gave me such hope!

As far as controlling, my dh and I have to do lists that we write on the legal pad on the counter. We have seperate ones and we write out the days of the week along with things that need to be done that week. It's a great visual and gives you and outlook as to what needs to be done for that week and possibly when. If we don't get it done,we move it to the next day and try again!Awaiting a Child of God:)https://www.blogger.com/profile/00540004364799206393noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8306817272381032556.post-60457891705717777362012-05-21T23:35:56.121-05:002012-05-21T23:35:56.121-05:00I would highly recommend a series of books I'v...I would highly recommend a series of books I've been reading/listening to. They're from a Christian (but not Catholic) perspective, and the authors are Henry Cloud and John Townsend. I read their book, Boundaries, when I graduated from college, but I didn't really work through it completely. I wish I had! They have books that apply the ideas specifically for parenting, for marriage, etc. I'm on my third book now, and they are so good! The idea is all about developing character, so it's good for all kinds of boundary issues, not just control.andnotbysighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17423075130400834842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8306817272381032556.post-60218899897564009332012-05-19T18:53:28.385-05:002012-05-19T18:53:28.385-05:00I'm sorry. Every morning I ask the saints and God to help me be patient kind and loving in all of my interactions, especially with my husband. It's not a perfect strategy but it's nice knowing they have my back! :)

About the household projects that need to be taken care of. Could you talk to him about a date in which he could finish them by. And that way you are not allowed to say anything about those projects unless that date comes and they are not complete. At which point you can bring it up again? I don't know. Just thinking while typing.

And let us know if you find a way to encourage someone to lose weight and eat right. I've been so concerned about my mom...especially after becoming a mom myself, because she has been invaluable with her time, advice, and love and I see how her weight will affect her detrimentally if she doesn't get it under control. I cannot imagine raising little ones without her.

And when I finally got my period after having my son, I ovulated on day 26 regularly while still breastfeeding. The month I stopped breastfeeding, I don't know what happened or when I ovulated but I ended up pregnant. We have a vague idea of when we conceived since it was a "slow" month while my husband was at a training for 3 weeks! :)

This comment is so long, but I really just wanted you to know you are not alone and I will pray for you. If you'd like to email me, my email is cathyaiello @ gmail dot com. We've emailed before, but I never called - sorry! I'm horrible with the phone and email is much easier for me!Chttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02893951886426781163noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8306817272381032556.post-41272052392568038082012-05-19T18:19:34.573-05:002012-05-19T18:19:34.573-05:00K is napping twice a day usually, although today s...K is napping twice a day usually, although today she's only taken one since she ended up napping for about 2 more hours once she went back to sleep.mrsblondieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04624922903281385565noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8306817272381032556.post-8281017444456635622012-05-19T18:10:53.243-05:002012-05-19T18:10:53.243-05:00Oh, hun - control is SO hard.
